Came here for 1 day, the hotel was recently refurbished, it had incredible location near the train station and the old quarter, the bus stop heading for the international airport, and the platform via the venue's backdoor. The personnel was outstandingly accommodating and amicable. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was quiet overall...

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was right next to the train station, convenient for us to catch our train to Hue in the morning. The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with comfortable rooms and good facilities such as air conditioning and a bathtub. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast provided was simple but satisfying. this hotel provided all the basic comforts we needed after a long day of traveling.
Nothing, all aspects of our stay were excellent.

I recently stayed at Mango Hotel near Hanoi Train Station for a few nights. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and exactly as advertised, with comfortable beds and nice showers. The location was perfect for me as I was traveling by train - the hotel is right next to the train station and close to the city center. I was also pleased to find that there are convenience stores nearby and acceptable restaurants, including the famous "Quan Ngon" with reasonable prices.

The staff spoke English well and were very helpful. They prepared a takeaway breakfast for our early checkout. the hotel is located virtually in the train station, making it super convenient for arriving and departing by train. We had a room overlooking the platforms and the announcements were not disruptive. It's also an easy walk to the Old Quarter.
Felt very happy, no complaints.

I recently had a good stay at a motel in Hanoi after taking an overnight train ride. Despite the average ratings and price tag, I was kinda surprised by my experience. The room was surprisingly quiet, considering it was located near a bustling area. The motel was clean enough and the pho served for breakfast was delicious. Although the bed was a bit hard, I still managed to get a decent night's sleep. The motel is a bit far from the main action in Hoan Kiem/Old Quarter, but it's only a 20-30 minute walk or a short bike ride away.
